55 Hours of Ground Instruction
We believe tele-conference or pre-recorded video is not an effective way of making great instructors. Our course provides 55 hours of in person ground lessons taught by experienced instructors.

15 Total Flight Hours
Fly up to 15 hours: this includes 11 hours of flight instruction and up to 4 hours reserved for your check rides. Need more flying time? If additional flying time is requested, this can be arranged at market value.

All Books & Materials
No need to haul heavy books to our course. We’ll provide all books and materials for you on your very first day. Just bring yourself and a laptop or tablet device and be ready to listen and learn.

Lesson plans should be in your own words. However, one of the biggest struggles students have is the format. We’ll take away the struggle with our personalized pre-formatted lesson plans.

25-Night Housing Stay in a Single Occupancy Luxury Apartment
When booking a course like this, many people forget the cost of housing. We want to help you save money. Enjoy the quiet and comfort of a single-occupancy luxury apartment unit. Staying at our apartment will allow you to study and focus as well as associate with your peers.

Check Rides Scheduled
Upon sign up we will schedule your check rides for the last week of training. If you choose to use your own examiner, you can use the scheduled flight hours for additional flight training or receive a refund for the unused time at market value.

Arranged Transportation
No need to worry about transportation, we have you covered. Transportation will be provided round trip between the apartment and the airport.

Relax and recharge your brain. Enjoy a catered lunch brought directly to you on scheduled classroom days.
A typical day
A typical day for students will consist of five hours of classroom training with multiple breaks in a low stress environment. Flight training will occur either in the morning (prior to class start time) or afternoon (following class dismissal) depending on aircraft availability. We ask that you show up to class rested and ready to learn.
On non-classroom days expect to fly and work on your lesson plans and with your peers. Lunch will be catered on all classroom dates. During personal time students are surrounded by many stores and restaurants within walking distance of the apartment.
Prerequisites
Prior to day 1, all students must hold a Commercial Single Engine certificate with current instrument rating. We ask that you are current and proficient in both VFR and IFR maneuvers and approaches. This will speed up the process and ensure there are no delays in your training. Your FOI, FIA, FII written tests must be completed prior to day 1 as well. If you do not possess a Spin Endorsement, this can be arranged for completion during the course for a $300 fee.
