The growing pilot shortage is well-known across the nation. Magnolia CFI Academy founder and instructors continued to hear the same question from many student pilots, “Why is getting your CFI so hard?” We realized that our industry has a great need for pilots and instructors, but a greater need for confident individuals that are attentive and accountable. We are located in Olive Branch, MS just 25 minutes southeast of the Memphis International Airport. We want you to succeed and become a qualified flight instructor. But more than that, we want you to grow as an individual.

Brenda McArthur
VP of Magnolia CFI Academy

No organization can run well without the support of an amazing staff and Brenda definitely does not fall short. She obtained a degree in Biochemistry in 2022 and after college, she decided to begin flight training. She currently possesses a Private Pilot Certificate and is working on her Instrument rating. Throughout your time at our school, many of you will get to know this friendly face. She deeply cares for our students and enjoys the fulfillment of seeing every student succeed.
